Joerg F. Mayer
001Joerg F. Mayer (born 1974) was appointed CEO of ADVANCED FLOW TECHNOLOGIES GROUP at the beginning of 2021, where he is responsible for the strategic direction of the entire Group.
Before joining ADVANCED FLOW TECHNOLOGIES GROUP , Mr. Mayer worked as a Managing Director in a medium-sized mechanical engineering company for woodworking machines with a focus on market and product. From 2006 to 2011, he managed a production plant in China and founded various foreign companies. He received his Executive MBA from the ESCP in Paris.
Thomas Voigt
Since the onset of August 2021, Thomas Voigt (born 1960) has held the position of Managing Director at ADVANCED FLOW TECHNOLOGIES GROUP, overseeing the divisions of Production, Technology & Development, as well as Logistics & Materials Management.
As Managing Director, Mr. Voigt has assumed leadership at FLACO-GmbH since 2012, following its majority acquisition by ADVANCED FLOW TECHNOLOGIES GROUP in July 2021. From 2006 to 2012, he served as the successor to the company’s founder, steering and advancing a prominent metalworking enterprise and guiding it through a strategic M&A process. Following his apprenticeship as a toolmaker and attainment of a graduate engineering degree, Mr. Voigt amassed extensive experience from 1986 to 2006, ascending through the ranks to roles of increasing responsibility, culminating in his tenure as Production Manager and subsequently as Managing Director at a mid-sized fluid technology company.
Henrik Petersen
002Since July 2024, Henrik Petersen (born 1992) has been serving as Commercial Director/CFO of the ADVANCED FLOW TECHNOLOGIES GROUP, with responsibility for finance, controlling, treasury, and taxes across the group.
Since joining the group in 2016, Mr. Petersen has held various positions in the finance department, most recently serving as Commercial Director of TECALEMIT GmbH & Co. KG in Flensburg. His areas of expertise include the financial management of growing corporate structures as well as supporting strategic projects and investment initiatives. Mr. Petersen holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Flensburg University of Applied Sciences.
